During your session, you’ll remain fully clothed while resting comfortably. I provide a zero-gravity chair for your comfort, offering a more relaxing alternative to lying flat on a table. Reiki focuses on gently channeling energy healing to support stress relief, emotional clarity, and overall well-being.

Receive the calming and restorative benefits of energy healing from wherever you are. Ideally, you are resting comfortably with no distractions.

No travel needed, as you can enjoy a distance session from anywhere

We’ll briefly connect beforehand by phone to set your intention. You can then relax in a quiet space while Reiki energy is sent to you. Many clients report feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and refreshed afterward.
